Optimizing Bot Responses with Knowledge Base in Telegram/Slack
Hi everyone! Hope you all are having a great day. I'm trying to find the right prompt and condition combination for my telegram / slack bots to respond only to the messages, which can be fully answered with our Knowledge base, which I've integrated with Lindy. https://chat.lindy.ai/igor-from-web2waves-workspace/lindy/telegram-6841c4ef85a6a4d0[…]stRunId=6865282c33296020abefbace&task=686699db32b9f50f84e21f13 However, the bot still tries to respond to every single question, even if it can not fully understand or cover the subject, which is not covered in Knowledge base. Also, I can see why it can happen, as a lot of point in knowledge base are intertwined and related. But still, it seems like an error, because I've tried several prompts and settings and the behaviour is always the same – I just can't make it to respond only to the questions which are covered in Knowledge base, and not to try to get into every single question. Please let me know if any info needed from my side. I might be missing something, so I would really appreciate the help. Thank you!
