Issues Accessing Draft Flows After Login Upsell Screen

I'm getting this upsell screen as soon as I log in to my account -- I'm currently on free and have 3 draft flows created, but non are live. I'm not sure what has happened in my account because this screen prevents me from viewing my flows or making any changes (turning them off if they're on, etc.) Can someone advise please? 🙏
