Troubleshooting Lindy Meeting Notetaker Settings Save Issues

When I duplicate a Lindy (meeting notetakers) in this instance, and then rebuild for each member of the team it more often than not reverts back to the original settings. AI prompts with personalization, associated emails, names, etc. Is there any way to force it to save my updates? I hit deploy after each modification and that doesn't seem to do it. LMK thanks!
