Email Workflow Issues: Control Over Sending Addresses Needed

I’m very frustrated. I have workflows that are setup with agent steps, have been functioning properly and sending emails from the correct email address. But when I build a new workflow, with a separate and completely unrelated agent steps (connected to another email account), it will switch what email the original workflow is sending from. Extremely concerning that you cannot control this. What is the solution here? Literally having a Lindy account setup per email address?
