Issues with Knowledge Base Files Not Syncing Properly
Hi Lindy team! I'm having issues with my Knowledge Base files and web links disappearing/not syncing. For example, I had 20+ files in a Knowledge Base on Friday and this morning it's showing zero. Similarly, for my web links, my existing web links are in the Knowledge base, but every time I add a new one it's stuck on "syncing" (and never shows as actually "synced"). This issue has been pretty consistent since I've begun testing. I've tried refreshing, clearing cache, logging out and logging back in. Any other suggestions?
