Hi everyone! I have a Lindy set up to grab order documents from incoming Outlook emails. The monitored inbox often receives multiple forwarded emails at once (usually 3–5). When that happens, I get 504 errors (see attached screenshot). I tried adding a timer after the trigger, but the issue isn’t with processing after the trigger, it’s with throttling the incoming email load itself. Is there a way to handle or throttle this directly from the Lindy side?

I've created a Lindy that grabs an attachment from an incoming email (Outlook) and creates a record in Airtable by placing the attachment in a field. Sometimes I receive an error like the one attached, however I can't figure out why. The incoming attachments are always a PDF document. There appears to be no rhyme or reason as to when I receive this error. Any ideas?

Hi everyone! In the absence of an Outlook "Forward Email" function, I've been attempting to use "reply to email" with agent prompts that specifically ask the agent to remove original senders from the email. However, I haven't had much success. Any idea how I can get it to mimic an email forward more accurately? Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Here is what I'm trying that's not working: "reply in the original email thread and remove all original recipients. Add only example@email.com to the thread." "Email Instructions: - Reply in the same thread - Remove all original recipients - Add example@email.com to the "To" field - Use this message body:"
