Enhancing Email Response Strategy Without Forward Function

Hi everyone! In the absence of an Outlook "Forward Email" function, I've been attempting to use "reply to email" with agent prompts that specifically ask the agent to remove original senders from the email. However, I haven't had much success. Any idea how I can get it to mimic an email forward more accurately? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
