Hi everyone! In the absence of an Outlook "Forward Email" function, I've been attempting to use "reply to email" with agent prompts that specifically ask the agent to remove original senders from the email. However, I haven't had much success. Any idea how I can get it to mimic an email forward more accurately? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
Here is what I'm trying that's not working:
"reply in the original email thread and remove all original recipients. Add only example@email.com to the thread."
"Email Instructions:
- Reply in the same thread
- Remove all original recipients
- Add example@email.com to the "To" field
- Use this message body:"
