I've created a Lindy that grabs an attachment from an incoming email (Outlook) and creates a record in Airtable by placing the attachment in a field. Sometimes I receive an error like the one attached, however I can't figure out why. The incoming attachments are always a PDF document. There appears to be no rhyme or reason as to when I receive this error. Any ideas?

Some where it's starting the new task but not doing anything, and other http errors. See screenshot attached. It's just weird that I didn't adjust the Lindy at all. It was fine, then it started erroring out. I've since turned the agent off until I can fix it.
Ahh, sorry! Hmmm these are two different issues. I'm reporting the HTTP issue to my team and looking into the other one now!
Ok I believe your airtable instance is also an issue on our side (perceivably from what I understand). You had one that worked just before that, which is odd. I've also reported it and will follow up asap!
Hey Travis K. Apologies about the delay on the Airtable issue -- Are you able to use a different model than the one you're using in the 'Create Record' action. I would follow this guide (it's a little outdated, but still relevant)
