Hi everyone! I have a Lindy set up to grab order documents from incoming Outlook emails. The monitored inbox often receives multiple forwarded emails at once (usually 3–5). When that happens, I get 504 errors (see attached screenshot). I tried adding a timer after the trigger, but the issue isn’t with processing after the trigger, it’s with throttling the incoming email load itself. Is there a way to handle or throttle this directly from the Lindy side?
Hey Travis! These HTTP errors - Are you expecting to receive the proper email or just not have them at all (as in the 3-5 forwarded emails, are they duplicates)?
The email inbox being monitored is a shared inbox where team members periodically forward emailed orders, so they typically come in bunches once the user has had a chance to catch up on email and forward emails to the inbox.
Thanks Travis -- Are you able to send over an example task URL from this Lindy? I'll take a look and escalate if needed!
hey Alon J. sure! here's an example of the http error: https://chat.lindy.ai/travis-kerns-workspace/lindy/v2-level-ack-automation-68c9be9f75b6b670d6bbc34c/tasks?task=68d4030167ffb002861c1c9b here's an example of a task that went as expected (if it's helpful): https://chat.lindy.ai/travis-kerns-workspace/lindy/v2-level-ack-automation-68c9be9f75b6b670d6bbc34c/tasks?task=68d52a6a7880c4feac694c8c
