Alon J.lindy I think the intent of this thread is simple to understand.
It intended to point out that it is a basic expectation post outage no matter how minor to get an RCA that can be evaluated. We need to know that if Lindy.ai is going to be mission critical for our businesses then the enterprise best practices are being used. This starts with providing communication to build trust that the team at Lindy has an engineering process that values quality and reliability.
Without at RCA and a plan to build a team and process that will not let these issues continue to happen there can be no trust. This is not the first problem and we have not seen RCA's for any of those prior problems. fixing the issue is only half the equation.
