Troubleshooting HubSpot Login Issues and Site Access Limitations

Is computer use limited in which sites it can access? Attempting to get it into Hubspot and continues to say ‘failed to take control’ at login page

That’s weird — it shouldn’t be limited like that. Could you share the Task URL so we can take a closer look? By the way, just to double check -- if you want to use Computer Use, you’ll want to configure your computer first: → add the start computer action → click on it → add a computer → use the configure button → login now your agent will preserve sessions & credentials. Once that’s done, your agent will preserve sessions and credentials. Some websites like Reddit are blocking Computer Use, so if you’re running into issues it could be site-specific.

Btw here's how to share a Task URL -- 1. Click your Lindy agent → click “tasks” 2. Find the task you need help with 3. Click the specific task (you should see the full execution) 4. Copy that page URL from your browser 5. Paste the URL in your support request Note: The URL should include “task” followed by a number
