Lindy agents client management platform? I am enjoying the process of learning how to build Agents with the Lindy platform. However, the mystery that is becoming more critical is how am I going to manage client access and billing of Lindy agents? I own my own Agency and I want to have a subscription platform (via Stripe) that gives access to client’s purchased agents with a dashboard for data, and client assets, but I cannot find any documentation on this. If I build agents in Vapi or Retell, there are a large number of platforms that do this. If there isn’t one now for Lindy agents, I would be willing to give Lindy Build a shot at it. But I don’t want to continue down the Lindy path if there are no platforms options for monetization and client access management. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

good question. interested
I caught an interview with the Ceo of Lindy last week on the Korner Office Podcast. Sounds like there is not a “white” label option. Only a “Teams” option. I am not sure I want my clients all on the same Teams account.
Hi Stormy , That's exactly what I want to do. A Saas platforms where my clients would choose the various available agents, and I bill them. But it has to be transparent for them that I am using lindy. I see now that Ethan K. has answered. But I don't want to offer a white label "agent builder". I don't want my client to build their own agents. I just want to use the whole Lindy Agents capabiliites into a Saas , seamlessly , transparently. Isnt it supposed to be through an API ? It seems lindy offers a embed functionality, not API ?
Thanks for the reply Ethan. Let me see if I understand. I sell client that they need this Agent(s). I send client to Lindy or set up new account on their behalf. I work in their account and somehow don’t allow them the access to the places where they can break things. I can’t skin the agents or brand anything. I manage payment manually and seperately from Lindy. If they flake or decide not to pay, I cancel their paid account and somehow shut them out. If I want to offer some of the fairly Standard voice funtionality, I will need to pay $199 per month per client and find my profit on the other side of that. I am assuming some of these items are covered by Team, such as access options. Let me know if I got all of this right.
I am not sure if I am understanding this right or not - does that mean that Lindy is essentially for business to use within their own business rather than for building agents that can then be provided to other businesses as service/product offering?
Hello Stormy,
I was going to create a client email on my email domain (client1@mydomain.com), my account/my control
Use the email client1@mydomain.com to create a new account on lindy for that clients project, my account/my control
Keeps the usage of credits and billing for the client simple easy to monitor and manage
The client pays $995 for setup before I create the client1@domain.com account in my system and on lindy system
When client account is closed or they stop paying, I close the lindy account and update the status in my system.
You'd be positioning yourself as the agent expert who sells clients on the value You can handle account setup, access control, and management to prevent issues Clients payment processing would be separate from Lindy's billing Did I miss anything?
Hi Stormy K. You've posed some really good questions. I am going through the same process/experience now. Did you find a suitable way to sell your services based on Lindy, in a white label way? Any sharing about this is much appreciated.
We definitely want to make this experience easier for our partners but not on the roadmap soon!
