Concerns Over Unresolved Issues and Credit Losses in Support

I have had this same problem the other night. The agent has flagged it 3 times and I have yet to hear a response from sales or support. It burned through 5000 credits and it was all his fault. I'm being patient but am somewhat relieved that I am not the only one. Dubious distinction, but hey, I'm there with you Pat S.
