Troubleshooting Light Font Color Issues in Embed Responses

Hello! I have an agent with an Embed that responds with some words as a really light font color from time to time. I am not sure why it is doing it, but it makes the text hard to read. The node prompt simply tells the agent to provide the options with nothing about the format. Any tips on how I fix it?
