I adapted the "Repurpose Content" template to create an agent that I provide a post URL, and it repurposes, but also builds a Lead Magnet, and creates the Notion Page. I used Agent Builder to customize the workflow Questions:
Do I need the "add context" step? Or can I just provide the output of "Send Message" 🔴 Highlight #1
I'm thinking the advantage of add context other than just the output, is that Context would provide the posts text/transcription, URL and the repurposed content, so the Agent step has more context for creating the Lead Magnet
Does anyone have a prompt for my Lead Magnet Agent, that will format the content sent to the Notion action, and automatically add bold, italic, headers, dropdown menus, etc? 🔴 Highlight #2
For placing content inside my Notion Page, any tips on how to automatically format the content of the lead magnet? 🔴Highlight #3
Yaaj B. any tips or templates I can look at to learn from? Thanks!
Hey Ruben!
The Add Context step is mainly there to pass extra info and instructions down the workflow. In your case, it looks like it’s working fine, so no issues leaving it as is.
On the prompting side, it’s really all about experimenting. We’ve got a best practices guide here that’s super helpful: https://docs.lindy.ai/fundamentals/lindy-101/prompt-guide
For formatting into Notion — try explicitly telling the agent how you want it formatted (bold, italics, headers, etc.) right in the prompt. That alone might get you what you need.
Also, I’d definitely try tossing parts of your own message here into ChatGPT — explain what your agent does, paste the context, and ask it to draft prompts for you. That can give you a strong starting point for your prompt to plug into your Agent Step!
