Hi Lindy support, I have two issues to report:
I got an email about Lindy v3.0 and trial offer -- but when I accepted, it immediately charged my credit card and it acts as a normal Pro subscription
I had one lindy scheduled for 8am this morning, but it's been stuck for past 2.5 hrs and the sandbox says it's asleep. It didn't throw any errors or explanations, seems like a bug in the execution flow... Task ID: 6892fd91c02f5146fe6bb532
It's just a toy flow to test the platform, but it made quite a bad initial impression:

Ok I see -- I believe what's happening is that it's not given clear enough instructions. I think you'll have to give it more specific instructions for how to get to the swim trunks category to pull what information For example;
Go to X website
Click on 'Men's cateogry
Click on 'Swim Trunks'
Pull the best deals from this list
After completed, go to X website
Click on, etc.....
In this instance, if you'd like to stop the task, you can either hit 'Stop' or 'Delete' - However, since it's trapped in a weird state, you may have to 'delete' it here. Please let me know if that helps!
FYI. I think that bug was somehow linked to the chat UI as well -- when I clicked to create new agent, it was showing the same "stuck" task from this morning. Only full website refresh, showed me the actual create agent flow.
I tried to setup a new flow but one of the steps keeps saying "Action configuration references a node that was disconnected or deleted" even though I checked every single config and there is no reference to deleted stuff...
I had to re-add the node from scratch -- I think something in the node logic wasn't updated
I created a new flow with more tools and more detail and it got stuck again already in testing and I cannot do anything to get out: this is 15mins ago: I tried deleting various steps and this timer step, but it doesn't reset the execution. Is everything else working normally for others? Alon J.
After some desparate clicking around, google search started.. it seemed stuck waiting for my confirmation but it was greyed out at the same time... It's odd because I set it for "Never ask for confirmation"
That old test task is still hanging there - stuck at the "timer" step:
