Issues with Meeting Notetaker App: Recordings Not Saving

Hello Lindy team, I’m having issues with the meeting notetaker app. I receive an error and the recordings don’t get saved to my google drive as instructed.

Hey Peter! Looks like you've added the flow down the wrong path. The meeting will have to be completed before you can upload it anywhere. It should go down the 'After recording available' path. Please let me know if that helps once updated 🙂

Just to understand should I have it inputted like this: After recording of meeting > connect to “get task URL”?

There should be nothing after 'After meeting joined'. It should go:
After recording available -> Upload recording to drive -> Get Task URL, etc..

Peter H. don't forget to append .mp4 to the video name (Prompt with AI) to make the uploaded video viewable on Drive video player.

Thank you both! Alon J., the video upload worked successfully. 🙌 Ronnie P., which task do I enter the append config into, “Upload recording”, or “Create meeting notes”

Peter H. The Upload Recording action should have the file name type set as Prompt AI with a prompt like: The file name is "[meeting name]_[meeting date].mp4"
