Issues with Agent Builder Preventing Modifications After Creation

Lately, I'm having real issues with the agent builder. The Agent Builder can create initial agents but is completely unable to make ANY modifications afterward. Resulted in significant wasted credits and an extremely frustrating experience. I've emailed support and hope they will deal with it soon as I need tofinish a project for a client.
