Resolving HubSpot Deal Stage Updates and Rate Limit Issues

Hello friends. I've tasked an agent to search for a deal in HubSpot and then move the deal stage. The action is constantly being stalled by hitting a rate limit and cannot find a deal. Upset the agent to search for an email address, and that email address is associated with a deal. prompt: Extract the client's company name from the emails to search for their deal in HubSpot. any insight on how to get this to work? The ultimate goal is to get it to update deal stages. I.e., move a deal stage to closed won. Is that possible? Does anyone have a proven solution for this?
