Help Needed: Salesforce Record to Slack Notification Issue

Hi Lindy crew, My new salesforce leadto slack notification seemed to break sometime between yesterday midday and today. It seems that the salesforce trigger is failing, and i'm unable to fix/configure it. Any help ideas? I've tried to restart and build a new Lindy however I'm getting the same error each time I use this trigger for Salesforce

This is an issure related to the whole lindy, not just a task. each task shows the same error above
