Hey Piers Did you use the agent builder by chance?
If it's updated an action it sometimes doesn't update the variables in other actions. In this case, it looks like there is a 'StartedAt' variable your Gmail action that doesn't exist anymore. I would head over to the gmail action and reset all the variable 🙂
