Hello! I have a customer that is beta testing an agent and they are part of my workspace. Is there a way within Lindy for me to see his interactions with the agent to get a sense of what the responses are? I’d prefer to do that versus asking him to copy and paste them and put them somewhere I can access them. Thank you for any assistance you can provide!
Hey Jon! Has the customer build the agent themselves? If so, they can share the agent with you and you'll be able to see all the tasks that were done. Guide here 🙂
Hey Alon! Thank you for responding! I built it and added a person from the clinic to my workspace to give them access. They are testing it within my workspace. We eventually will set up their own instance of Lindy and I will share the agent with them for staff at the clinic to use. This is our first customer, so we are keeping costs lower by working within our instance. For future customers, we will likely set up their instance, I will share our templates with them and they can test from there. What is the best process to follow to allow us to consistently see how the agent is performing?
Hmm -- you will only be able to see task history if:
The user is within the same workspace
The specific Lindy is shared with you
Otherwise, you won't be able to see 😞 So if they have their own workspace, there is no workaround unfortunately. If you're building for clients in this instance, an option you can do here is:
Build the Lindy within your workspace
Create a template and send it over to the client
Open the template within the client's workspace + customize
Use the client's credentials to view task history in their workspace

By interactions, do you mean ran tasks or if he changed the Lindy within the workflow?
The tasks. He has told me that it is missing the mark and bit and I would like to see the Agent’s output.
You should be able to see it by looking at the task history
Ok. I haven’t seen it there and thought I needed to do something special to access his interactions.
So, all Tasks for that Agent will be in the Tasks pane regardless of the user that interacted with it?
That's correct, with these rules. If you're the owner of the Lindy though, you should be able to see all
