Just to clarify, what do you mean by the global Lindy account? How is your team currently set up? Every user within the team should be able to add a knowledge base.
Which tab are you referring to that is not visible?
Hi Alon, I've been using your agent builder to ask questions. It claims that I should have a "Knowledge" tab in sidebar, which I do not. When I click "Configure" on the "Search Knowledge Base" skill, there are no options to configure.

You will actually have to add a knowledge base by following the steps like in the documentation provided here.
It's currently added as a skill in the sidebar (per my image), but you will need to add it as its own action in its own step beforehand. This will allow you to configure the knowledge base as you wish!
