"Press Numbers" phone skill not working? Hi! I'm working on an inbound phone agent. The first step is that the agent has to press 1 to connect the call. However, I've tried various iterations of the prompt but it is not working.
The Task shows that the system thinks that it has pressed 1, however the call doesn't connect. When I test it manually, I don't hear a tone press (assuming if it is audible). Either way, human agents that press 1 are connected without a problem. Advice?
