Sameer Z. can you please share the voice agent prompt tips you mentioned in the Academy session? In tasks, I can see the text is right, but the voice agent aspect takes frequent, weird turns! In this example...I'm not even sure. It thinks it is switching over to an auctioneer style call? Minor, but in the final item the text says "dollars" plural but the voice says "dollar" which sounds weird.

Feature request: Store environmental variables at the Workspace/account level that agents can access (ideally, even for the trigger). E.g., API secrets, production vs. QA endpoints/channels, etc.)

Is there a way to configure environmental secrets that can be used globally? So, it is not hardcoded in each flow? Agent Builder seems to think so, but I can't find "Secrets" in Settings (or in Docs). Also, my trigger is relying on some of these hardcoded values. While I can configure variables for later steps (scoped to the existing flow), I can't do it before the trigger. Is there a solution?

For the Timer action to manually set a time "for", can we get options for seconds or milliseconds? Currently, the timer can only wait in minutes - in integers of minutes - and not decimals of minutes.

"Press Numbers" phone skill not working? Hi! I'm working on an inbound phone agent. The first step is that the agent has to press 1 to connect the call. However, I've tried various iterations of the prompt but it is not working. The Task shows that the system thinks that it has pressed 1, however the call doesn't connect. When I test it manually, I don't hear a tone press (assuming if it is audible). Either way, human agents that press 1 are connected without a problem. Advice?
