For inbound phone calls using Lindy Phone, can CNAM (caller name) by included in the PayLoad of the call or accessed? My understanding is that Lindy Phone uses Twilio in the background, which provides an API for Twilio accounts to get the CNAM from the ANI (phone number). Instead of trying to build something, Lindy Phone should provide it by default.

Are there any tips to get the voice agent to spell out email addresses more slowly? Despite numerous prompt update tests, the agent still seems to repeat email addresses faster than people can keep up. I already have:

Sameer Z. can you please share the voice agent prompt tips you mentioned in the Academy session? In tasks, I can see the text is right, but the voice agent aspect takes frequent, weird turns! In this example...I'm not even sure. It thinks it is switching over to an auctioneer style call? Minor, but in the final item the text says "dollars" plural but the voice says "dollar" which sounds weird.

Feature request: Store environmental variables at the Workspace/account level that agents can access (ideally, even for the trigger). E.g., API secrets, production vs. QA endpoints/channels, etc.)
