Hey Michael -- Hmmm, do you mind giving me an idea of exactly how the workflow would kick-off and how you'd like to update the notes, stages, pipeline, etc...
Based off my understanding, I would suggest taking a look at the Lead Outreacher template. If you'd like to have these as followups, you can base the trigger off a Hubspot action. You can also add actions just as Hubpsots 'Update Contact' based on what happens in this email flow.
