Troubleshooting 'Lindy Embed' Web Assistant Knowledge-Base Updates

Hi, I have a simple 'Lindy Embed' Web Assistant. I am using a markdown file for the knowledge-base. It was working fine, then I added a new Q and A to the file, deleted the old file and uploaded the new one but the Web Assistant still says it does not know the answer to that question. (Other questions are answered but it doesn't seem to have ingested the new knowledge. Is there something I must to to have it re-read all the questions in the knowledge-base?
