why does lindy shows 2 diff ways to reply? I encounter an error if I use the first one, its not syncing in closed crm and option 2 is okay, cause when i reply using the option 2 my message is being sync with close crm
Hi Jen! The bottom message bar that you're seeing in the left image is a way to talk to your Lindy. You have that there because you have a 'Message Received' trigger. If you open your Flow Editor, you'll see the Message Received trigger. This dictates if a message bar is within the Lindy. Sending a message there will not add anything to your CRM, as you've noticed. It will allow you to trigger your Lindy to begin running the flow. The image on the right is for a specific action. In this case, it looks like you have a 'Send Email'. Let me know if that helps!
So how can we activate the “Send Email” option, like the one on the right? That’s the option we need—not the one shown on the left.
I’m a bit confused because the settings are the same in both screenshots I shared with you, and I’m using the same Lindy account. I really hope to have the “Send Email” option available for all the emails I receive and need to respond to.

I just took a look -- Your issue doesn't have to do with that toggle. You issue here is that the 'Send Email' action isn't connected to anything. Here's a quick gif. Do you see how the one on the right isn't actually in the flow, but just sitting on top?

You can simply click and drag the end of the arrow to the top of the 'Send Email' action. You will then need to drag the '+' sign from the 'After email sent' path at the end of the 'Send Email' action to the 'Send Direct Message' Slack action
