Troubleshooting Gmail App Response for Blog Review Process

Hi @Lindy, quick question on the Gmail app within Lindy. This agent writes a blog article and then sends it to the client for review as a Google Doc. I would like the agent to observe the thread and once the email response comes from the client, it either sends the post to be added to the website, or it sends us a Slack message that it needs to be revised. But nothing is happening when I respond. I am sure I am doing something wrong. Any help is welcome! Hey David! Just took a look in the backend of your workflow here. If I understand your workflow correctly, you can fully just skip the Agent step as a whole. SO it would look like
Send Email
After reply received
Condition step -> Create Task or Send Channel Message
This should work after you reply to the email, it will be able to automatically decipher the contents and choose the respective path

If you're looking to draft something, the agent step would do here, but if you're just looking for it to make a decision between A/B, you can fully skip it! Let me know if that's helpful

I have removed the agent step and now my flow looks like this. But it is still not doing anything when I respond to the email. Any suggestions?

It looks like it wasn't able to find the correct 'Space' -- Do you have a specific Space ID you can provide it?

One more question, when I test the agent, it keeps running one of the old blog articles it already created a document for. Is there a reason it is doing this and not running the latest blog article that is sill missing an Article Link? Lindy Alon J.

I am trying to add my SpaceID in the ClickUp app, but it will not be accepted. Are you able to help me figure out why.

Just to confirm, do you mind sending a screenshot of the Space with the name in your clickup space? 🙏

Hi Alon J., here is a screenshot of the Space I use. I am not sure if it matters that it is “Shared with Me”

Hmmm 🤔 It honestly could be, as I'm not able to reproduce this. A couple of options to test this:
1.
Create a new space to see if it pulls within Lindy.
2.
Ask the Space owner to transfer ownership to your workspace.
3.
Duplicate the Space (click the “⋯” → Duplicate Space) — the copy will now be fully inside your workspace, and should be able to retrieve its Space ID normally.

Alon J., I created a new WorkSpace with ClickUp. But when I try to connect a new account, I get the spinning wheel of death with PipeDream and it never allows me to enter my credentials to add my new account. Is there a quick fix for this integration with Pipedream? Lindy
