Was there any issue with Lindy today? I have a client who was trying to log in and just got the spinning wheel every time. I tried to help, but saw the same thing - spinning wheel every sign-in attempt.
Hey Andy! Hmmm, I don't believe so - Do you recall what time this was? What browser did you use?
This was at 1:30-2:15 pm Eastern. My client was using Chrome (I believe - will check). Are there issues with specific browsers? We can try another browser and/or clear the cache.
It could be anything really. However, I believe it is an acute issue as I'm not able to reproduce it and we haven't received another report of this. Do you mind letting me know the emails associated with the accounts that are having trouble logging in?
Ah, she was trying to signup or login? Does she have an account?
I invited her to share workflows. She clicked on the link in the email & was instructed to set up an account. She entered Name, email & password to set the account up, then got the wheel of death (and still gets it when she tries again)
Alon, I’m trying again with Brittany. I got a notification that she has joined my workspace but she can’t access it, either by signing in, siging up for a new account, or reseting her password.

Hi Andy - My team has advised me that it seems to have been a one-off db failure. Having said that, you mentioned Brittany is still not able to get in? Are you able to ask her to try again and send a screen recording please!
Hi Andy - Thanks for following up. I apologize, but our team unfortunately has found nothing that could be the root cause of this. We've also tried to reproduce this and we have attempted to reproduce this and are not able to. She actually doesn't have any account under the email brittany@andersonporter.com that I could even delete. Having said that, I'd be happy to jump on a call with her to see if we can get this resolved.
