Hello Support,
I followed the link from your reminder email (thank you) to the "Manage Subscription" section in the UI in order to downgrade or cancel my account before the free trial ended - but guess what? No "downgrade" button. No "cancel" button either.
Surprise my eyes. Couldn't believe it. Never seen anything like this before.
I'm sure that it must be an oversight on my part so please be so kind as to show me where I should be looking for said buttons.
