Troubleshooting Meeting Notes and Video Upload Issues

Hey all! I'm trying to have my meeting notes and video recording uploaded to a knowledge base automatically. For some reason I keep getting error to do this. Setup attached. It seems to be a file type issue. How do we resolve this?

Hmmm I'm curious if there is an issue due to the txt file. Are you able to try to upload it as a google doc? Is it a requirement to have it as a txt file?

No it doesn't have to be a txt file. How would I make it upload as a gdoc?
