Issues with Lead Outreacher Not Sending Emails Properly

Lead Outreacher Stopped working - very frustrating. All I did was: Installed the standard Lead Outreacher. Hooked up the Google Sheet and Sheet Name Edited the outreach emails and changed the time to 1 week. Added a new row manually and waited - nothing Then I triggered it by typing sheet updated - and it did just one of 70 or so. Any ideas why it's not reaching out.
