Credits Disappeared After Zoom Call: Assistance Needed

Hi there! Thank you for looking into this! I actually got 5000 credits from the new user sign up link given out at the webinar i went to a couple weeks ago, and then 7000 from purchasing the agent academy. Would it be possible to recover the 5000 as well (minus what i used - 400ish)? Cheers!
