Is Google Sheets Find Row Case Sensitive for Lookup Values?

I noticed that google sheets, Find Row, is case sensitive for lookup value.. is this expected? I didn't have this issue before, but now, for example finding row by email lookup value, is failing if the case differs from what's in the spreadsheet

I could see this making sense for some cases, to be case sensitive.. but is there an easy way to set it to ignore case in some way?
