Troubleshooting Version History Issues in Project Management Tools

Hi, does anyone know why version history isn't working? I've outsourced my working agent that I spent nearly 2 weeks building to an automation expert who decided to improve it but couldn't pull it off. And now as I try to recover my last working version from version control - I click restore and it does nothing. Any ideas?
