Lindy Assistant Sending Unauthorized Replies – How to Locate and Disable Agent?

Can someone look into our Lindy account? It's sending out replies without our approval. I can't find that specific agent or where I can shut down Lindy Assistant lindy Alon J.

Removed Lindy connection from my google account for now. For the recorded I only prompted chat to create a workflow but did not have any way to publish it or enable it because at the end of the conversation it said it cannot create the workflow even though it saying it was working on it.
