Does anyone know what the average SLA to hear back from the support email or is there a better what to go about than that? I had a bizarre issue and im not sure how to resolve but my assumption is that isn't not an everyday thing
It was last week. Basically the AI - CMOs Ran Analysis and Research in continuous loop for 14-15 hours, dump (what I orig though was 85) but really its looking more like 130 - something and ran out credits and then my whole workspace disappeared and it asked me to create a new one.
