Issue with Multiple Calendar Events from Meeting Prep Alert

Morning! Wondering why the meeting prep alert keeps creating multiple calendar events (I had replaced the create an email with meeting notes with create a calendar invite with meeting notes). Any ideas?

Hey Kirsten, Happy to take a look! Can you please share the task URL? How to share your Lindy task URL: 1. Click your Lindy agent → click “tasks” 2. Find the task you need help with 3. Click the specific task (you should see the full execution) 4. Copy that page URL from your browser 5. Paste the URL in your support request

Alon J. Thank you! I had deleted the Lindy to start from scratch so I don't have that task anymore. I will have to try again and if it happens again I will share the URL with you

Hey Kirsten -- Just took a look. I believe what is happening is it looks like it's going in a loop. So for example:
Event about to start -> Create new meeting 1
Event about to start for meeting 1 -> Create new meeting 2
Event about to start for meeting 2 -> Create new meetings 3
etc... What is the goal with this Lindy? Happy to help guide you

Ah, okay, that makes sense. I want the Lindy to create meetings notes for the original meeting. I want these notes as a calendar event so all the information is in the same place.

Hmmm - So you want to create a new calendar event from the transcribed notes from a different calendar event?

Yes. So there would be 2 calendar events at the same time, one is the meeting and one is the notes

Ok gotcha! Yeah, if you create a new notes event that starts with Notes, that should work. Let me know if not! 🙏
