Hi Support I got into Lindy last week with 2 other people none of us could find training videos, learning classroom or nothing they're 3000 credits lasted all week I did far less than both them as i was working on my GHL and my domain setting my credits were gone in 3 days I asked 3x where is my usage...since i only did 3 tasks...responded back by saying i have no knowledge or record of credit usage i responded where is my summary of credits used....responded no history Why isnt there tutorials training modules and better credit visual meters to track what the heck took up 2,900 credits in 3 days its simple left hand column THIS TASK = 2 CREDITS Total Project Task 60 Credits THIS TASK = 2,900 credits You notified me to tell you when a TASK is over 30 CREDITS - Would you like my suggestions before moving forward with this 2,900 credit task? Look forward to your reponse definitely not transparent for a paying customer

Hey al zon! I apologize about the experience you've had 😞 I just took a look and I found that it's this agent that took up 2,245 credits. For context, whenever you communicate/ask the 'agent builder' or 'app builder' to do a task, it takes up credits. In this case, I would suggest to use the agent builder to Build you an agent and then work off that! I see you have 4 agents here (one, two, three, four). By asking the agent builder to build you an agent, you can then manipulate and change the agent afterwards without it costing credits. Please let me know if that helps! I see your credits are fully back to 3,000 now 🙂
Thanks Alon Very confusing This agent too up ...____ there's no link...what agent.. My trial credits 3000 gone. . The 3000 u see are my renewed paid they have not been returned
