Task Spawn Issue After Outage: Seeking Solutions and Insights

Since the outage, every 10 minutes, I have been getting a new "New Task" added to my tasks view that spins and has no details. I have been manually deleting them, but I can't figure out what is spawning them? This might belong in 03_bug-reports? I wish I got Lindy credits for camping the spawn point and killing the tasks... Speaking of which, feature request to add some shortcuts like (like hit delete while hovering over a task, keyboard shortcut "d" in the right click menu??)
