I noticed in the Notion action for "Update Database Item" there isn't a custom variable to reference a prior step or trigger so that we can variably choose the right database item based on their database item ID. Am I missing something there on how to do that?

Ah, yeah we don't have that field as variable -- I can send a feature request to update this. In the meantime, you can try to use an AI Agent and add the 'Update Database Item' skill here 🙂
Yes, please do. I'll try the agent route. Thanks. That is one that doesn't necessarily need an agent because they're generally static updates that don't need the dynamism of an agent.
