Clearing Session Data in Lindy Embed: Troubleshooting Tips

how do I clear a session with a Lindy Embed? I’ve been hitting reset in the widget, and clearing my browser cache, but the Lindy Embed still remembers my identity (name, email address) with every new session.

    Mhh.. Are you logged into Lindy and using the same browser? Maybe that’s how Lindy knows :)

    Yes however - something more concerning has happened. One of my co workers who is testing the lindy embed (not test mode) was addressed by the Lindy Embed as me

    Hmm can you send me the website link + task URL? Happy to look into this 👀 How to share your Lindy task URL: 1. Click your Lindy agent → click “tasks” 2. Find the task you need help with 3. Click the specific task (you should see the full execution) 4. Copy that page URL from your browser 5. Paste the URL in your support request Note: The URL should include “conversationID” followed by a number 💡 Screenshots are also helpful!

    also, how do I clear a Lindy Embed session? it’s hard to simulate customer interactions without this feature
