I'm new to using this service and having trouble where I can add the knowledgebase info. Im not seeing a tab for it anywhere. Is it a glitch?

Do I just drop the url here? Or is there another specific way to send you the Lindy? Im brand new at this.

It did thank you. Though my agent is unable to access any of the information in its knowledgebase. Anything I ask it says it doesnt have that info even though I see its connected to my files. Why might that be?
