Trouble Adding Knowledgebase Info: Seeking Assistance

I'm new to using this service and having trouble where I can add the knowledgebase info. Im not seeing a tab for it anywhere. Is it a glitch?

It did thank you. Though my agent is unable to access any of the information in its knowledgebase. Anything I ask it says it doesnt have that info even though I see its connected to my files. Why might that be?

Hey Pierre-Paul! Ah apologies -- Just took a look. It looks like you were able to add the files, is that right? I would honestly get rid of the 'Observe Messages' action -- That should allow it to work as expected 🙏 Please let me know if that helps!
