Centralize Workflow Control for Multiple Lindy Sales Reps
Hello Lindy Community, I have a workflow (advanced email responder with Gmail and Knowledge Base) made for a single sales rep running and working on Lindy. I want to roll this out to multiple Lindy users (here: sales reps), but it seems that a single Lindy user account (and workflow) can only be integrated with 1 Google/Gmail account. I understand that I can invite multiple users to my Lindy account and share my workflow with them, but it seems everyone will have their own clone of my workflow (template) such that I lose control. How I can make multiple people use my workflow while keeping central control over the flow settings, memory and action prompts, in order to release updates and bug fixes to everyone? I don't want the sales reps to break the workflow and want to be able to maintain everything centrally. Thanks for your help in advance!
