Saving Files in OneDrive/SharePoint and Admin Approval Issues

Hey hey! Two questions in this one. First, saving a file into a onedrive/sharepoint, is that possible or is it only to the knowledge base (does that sync backwards, or would the new doc just live inside the knowledge base in Lindy?). It's very easy to save a google doc into my drive, but I'm struggling to puzzle it out via M365... Second, I seem to be stuck in a loop where Lindy doesn't recognize the admin approval when trying to access onedrive. It worked so far with everything else, but I submit, they approve, I click back in and repeat... Hoping for some help!
