I'm new to this. I’m on the free 7-day plan and want to test it out. Will I be able to hear the Ai agent once I complete the outbound phone call setup?
Hey Cigdem - The base plan had 30 calls per month per our pricing plan. We don't currently have a template that include a transfer to a human. In this case, you can use our outbound agent template, and either use our Agent Builder to ask it to add a 'Transfer Call' action (you'll likely have to be super specific of where you want it to be added) or manually do it in the Flow Editor!
