Best Practices for Exporting Transcripts and Call Recordings

Any suggestions for exporting transcripts/call recordings for compliance purposes?

Hey Hanna! Are you looking to export a summary or the full transcript? If you're using the meeting notetaker template, I would suggest adding a step that either 'appends text' do a google doc or 'Creates a new document' on google docs which will add the transcript there 🙂

Wondering also the capabilities for the recordings. For example, the information was improperly captured we can go back and quickly play the recording to double check (EG something like an insurance #)

The easiest way to do this would be to click on your Lindy task, scroll up to 'Meeting Completed' - There you will be able to see the video. If you'd like to export this video, you can use the 'Upload File' to Google Drive. However, that may be expensive credit-wise!
