Getting Started with Lindy: Tips and Video Resources Needed

I just started using Lindy yesterday, and I'm finding it incredibly difficult. I've spent a few hours trying, but haven't managed to really get anything done so far. I can't figure out how to learn from the pre-installed templates. Are there any videos that show you how to make a new Lindy?
