Hi, I'm currently building a sales outreach agent to automate both emails and LinkedIn messages in Parallel. The trigger is changes in a google sheet I'm using the track leads (ie, a row added, triggers the agent to run the flow for that lead). I have tested with one new lead and the first email sends automatically from my account in test mode. However, when I "Deploy" the agent, it says that it cannot send the email because of authentication issues and a fundamental system error. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks. See screenshot below.

Ahh I see what's going on -- When you write in the 'Enter Message' chat box at the bottom, it's using the 'Message Received' trigger (the one on the right there), which is just retuning information and not doing anything. I would suggest deleting all the triggers that aren't the main workflow there. Having said that, I see the 'new row added' trigger worked on Sunday - Have you added new rows added since then? If so, I presume it sounds like it hasn't been triggering the workflow as intended?
Yes, you are correct, I've added new rows and nothing happened. Basically it worked in testing then didn't work once I pushed to prod. Thanks for the advice I will try these changes!
Ok got it -- I would also suggest trying to use a net new google sheet as a fresh start
